If your country is not listed above, unfortunately we are unable to process shipping to your location at this time.
FREE SHIPPING
We are happy to offer free shipping on all orders. Our goal is to provide customers with high-quality jewelry and a smooth, reliable delivery experience.
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
Once your order is prepared and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
SHIPPING TIMES
United States (Domestic Shipping)
Estimated delivery time: 7–10 business days
International Shipping (Canada, France, Germany, Australia)
Estimated delivery time: 7–12 business days
Maximum delivery time may reach 15 business days depending on logistics or customs processing.
Please note that shipping times do not include the processing time.
TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear in the shipping carrier’s system.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
LOST OR INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure that your billing and shipping address are correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
If an error occurs on our side, we will take full responsibility and resend the order at no additional cost.
